What is a stair edging?
Gradus provide the most comprehensive range of stair edgings, also known as Gradus Stair Nosings, in the UK. Stair edging are used to safely define the edges of steps, offering a slip resistant element of the stair to help reduce accidents.
They also help to provide an ‘inclusive’ environment giving access to all building users. They protect the edges of floor coverings from becoming damaged to prevent trip hazards, and they stop stairs being worn to prolong the life of the floorcovering
